JIFE Luxury Car Service Pricing and Policy Overview

All invoices will include the total of taxes, standard gratuity, and other surcharges (highway tolls) or promotions as they may apply at the time of the transaction. Any additional charges that may accrue during service will be billed to the client’s card on file.

ZERO-Tolerance Policy

JIFE Luxury Car Service employs, maintains, and enforces to its drivers a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances. It is the policy of JIFE Luxury Car Service not to employ people who traffic illegal drugs or abuse prescription drugs or alcohol.

  • • Airport Wait Time at $8.00 for Every 15-Minute Interval
    • 30-Minute Grace Period From Plane Touchdown 
    • Chauffeur May Leave for the Next Scheduled Client’s Pickup After a Maximum of One-Hour Wait Time After Plane Touchdown 
  • • Toll Fee
    • Starting at $6.00
  • • Pickup Wait Time at $0.25 per Minute for a Maximum of 15 Minutes
    • 5-Minute Grace Period From Scheduled Pickup Time
  • • Rescheduling Time or Date (If Available)
    • $15.00 Through an Office Request
    • No charge If Done 2 days prior to scheduled reservation and if completed via online self service.
  • • Cleanup at $250.00 (No Exception) for Any Vomit
  • • Car Seat Rental at $25.00 Per Child Per Seat (Booster)
  • • Stops Along Route: Any stops requested will result in a minimum fee of $25. This may increase based on duration and location of stop If there is more than one stop, the trip will convert to an hourly reservation with a minimum 3 hour commitment
    • Car/Child Seats: JIFE Luxury Car Service assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to the user. The device must be installed by the user only. Chauffeurs are neither authorized or certified to install this device.
    • None for Cancellations Made 2 Days Prior to Scheduled Pickup
    • $40.00 for Cancellations Made less than 48 Hours Prior to Scheduled Pickup
    • Full Price of Timeslot Reservation for “No Call, No Show” (Client Does Not Answer Repeated Calls From Chauffeur) 6 Hours Prior to Scheduled Pickup

  • • Surcharge at $15.00 for Scheduled Pickups Beyond 30 Miles From Business Location
  • • Holiday Upcharge at $15.00 for Reservations Booked a Day Before, The day of, or The day following a scheduled Holiday
  • • Premium Hour Charge at $15.00 for Reservations Booked During Premium Hours (12 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.)
  • • Additional Stop Charge at $25.00 Per Stop (Incurred With Deviations From Specified Itinerary or New Requests Made While in the Vehicle)
  • • Airport Curbside Pickup – Complimentary
  • • Airport Baggage Claim Meet and Greet – Complimentary

Points to Remember

  • • Under our “No Call, No Show” policy, our chauffeurs will make every effort to call the client’s phone on file with us. They will wait for the client, but after 30 minutes of the client not showing up or answering the calls, the chauffeur is free to leave for the next scheduled pickup. If the chauffeur gets no answer after several calls (plane land or pickup), the client is charged the full price.
