All invoices will include the total of taxes, standard gratuity, and other surcharges (highway tolls) or promotions as they may apply at the time of the transaction. Any additional charges that may accrue during service will be billed to the client’s payment method on file.
JIFE Luxury Car Service General Client Policy Agreement
Accounting/Billing
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, the following Terms and Conditions apply:
- All transactions with JIFE Luxury Car Service will charge the payment method on file by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. Additionally, all personal travel transactions will be charged one day prior to the scheduled pickup, while all business travel transactions will charged on the day of the scheduled pickup.
- Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. All charges, including gratuity, are charged to the client’s payment method on file.
- For credit cards, full payment is taken forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours prior to trip date for personal travel, but business travelers are billed on the day of travel. Additional payment, if incurred, is charged upon trip completion. JIFE Luxury Car Service accepts major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa).
- Checks or cash may also be accepted, subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Checks may be required to be received in advance in order to clear prior to the date(s) services are rendered.
- There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
- All clients will be required to place a credit card payment method on file.
- Rates include the base charge, applicable fees and tolls, airport and regulatory fees, service transportation charge (STC), parking, and chauffeur gratuity. A gratuity of 15-20% is invoiced on every trip unless the client decides they would like to pay another amount. The gratuity is based on the service provided and completely at the discretion of the client.
- All payment methods must be settled prior to the trip date. Chauffeurs are not permitted to accept payments of any kind. All rates are subject to audit after service completion. This includes, but is not limited to, actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, red-eye fees, additional time, etc.
- Client is responsible for the full payment of any additional charges beyond the original agreement. Hourly trips are billed the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for plus all applicable overage time thereafter. A 20% deposit is taken at the time of reservation for all hourly reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rates are confirmed at the time of reservation. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate (rates may vary). Suggested gratuity is added to the bill for all trips. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity, it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the gratuity already on your bill. If you prefer to pay the gratuity in cash, you must specify that with our office staff prior to travel so we can remove it from your bill. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the gratuity by providing a cash tip to the chauffeur if you do not notify the office prior to travel.
- In booking a reservation, you authorize JIFE Luxury Car Service to bill you accordingly or charge the credit card provided for the services rendered at the rates given at the time of reservation and any charges incurred after trip completion.

Additional Charges
- Any reservation with pickups during the hours of 11:59 p.m. EST and 5:00 a.m. EST will incur a ‘red-eye’ fee.
- Stops: Any stops along the route will incur a stop fee. If stop is not along route, at our discretion, we will convert trip to an hourly/as directed reservation.
- Additional fees apply when crossing over from one airport to another.
- Service transportation and fuel charges are subject to change at any time based on current rates. Parking and Toll fees are determined by the airport at which you are arriving. These charges are subject to change at any time. Please call our office for the most updated information.
- Holiday surcharges may vary.
- Any reservation with pickups during the hours of 11:59 p.m. EST and 5:00 a.m. EST will incur a ‘red-eye’ fee.
Client Belongings

We are not responsible for items left in vehicle by passengers, or the flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy.
- Upon routine cleaning of our vehicles, should we recover an item left in a vehicle at any time, we will attempt to contact the owner of the lost item or items. Our office may mail back the recovered item to the owner at the owner’s expense.

Baggage Handling
- JIFE Luxury Car Service cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor for any property, left in the company’s vehicles. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.
- JIFE Luxury Car Service and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost items or luggage left at any airport or at any pickup or drop-off location.
- JIFE Luxury Car Service cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor for any property, left in the company’s vehicles. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.
Cancellation Policy/No-Show Fees
- Cancellations of any vehicle type less than four (2) hours prior to scheduled pickup will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full base fare price of the trip fare plus the 20% service fee and any applicable fees incurred for parking, wait time, etc.
- We are not responsible for passenger flights and train rides that were missed, canceled, delayed, or diverted, or any other incidents which result in the failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. We will make our best effort to fulfill client needs in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings without detriment to other reserved clients.
- No Show/Late/Cancel: ‘no-show’ and result in a cancellation fee equal to the full fare of the trip, plus all other charges (20% service fee, applicable waiting time, and parking).
- All reservations will be considered ‘no show’ at 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. If you have not contacted our office or met your chauffeur by that time, you will be charged in full for the reservation, plus any other additional charges incurred.
- All Sprinter service cancellations must be made by calling the office. A 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation for all Sprinter services. This deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made within one week (7 days) of the reservation date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the trip total will be incurred. We are not liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, canceled, diverted, delayed, or other incidents which result in failure to comply with the cancellation policy.
Change Policy
- JIFE Luxury Car Service requires that all changes be received by phone two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. If a change cannot be accommodated and this results in a cancellation, the client will be charged 50% of the fare, including the 20% service fee.
- Changes cannot be made with our chauffeurs.
Hourly Service
Hourly/As Directed Reservations

You will receive automated text messages confirming your reservation time and date.

Cancellations within one week (7 days) of your scheduled event will forfeit 100% of the balance

A reduction of hours is considered a cancellation and treated the same.

Trips are billed for time reserved (no discounts for early drop times).

We have a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled drop off time. After 10th minute, if you are still in use of the vehicle, you will be charged by the half hour. There is only one grace period per reservation.

For your convenience, we add a customary 20% service fee including gratuity to all reservations. This can be changed upon request.

Other
- JIFE Luxury Car Service is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature, and/or circumstances that are beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, road work, accidents, flight delays, or weather delays.
- JIFE Luxury Car Service reserves the right to replace vehicles, in case of mechanical problems, with vehicles of the same capacity or greater, but not always in the same color as ordered.
Car/Child Seats:
- JIFE Luxury Car Service assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to the user. The device must be installed by the user only.
- Chauffeurs are neither authorized or certified to install this device.
Invoices:
- Any invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a 10% late fee.
Passenger Conduct
- JIFE Luxury Car Service reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if our office or dispatcher feels that the client or party of the client is putting JIFE Luxury Car Service or the client in danger of injury. The client holds JIFE Luxury Car Service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of their party, whether willfully or accidentally. Additionally, if the client or party of the client is in possession of any illegal materials or substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. This is without exception.
- The client is responsible for all damages or cleaning charges incurred by the client or party of the client committed during service, either willfully or accidentally. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250.00 charge.
- Client agrees that no illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages will be consumed in our vehicle(s).
- Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
- In case of misconduct by your party, the chauffeur has the right to terminate service without any refunds.
- JIFE Luxury Car Service reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if our office or dispatcher feels that the client or party of the client is putting JIFE Luxury Car Service or the client in danger of injury. The client holds JIFE Luxury Car Service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of their party, whether willfully or accidentally. Additionally, if the client or party of the client is in possession of any illegal materials or substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. This is without exception.
Excess Cleaning and Damage
Cleaning/Damage Fees:
- $250 cleaning due to sickness
- $25 per broken/missing glassware
- $250 (minimum) for damaged CD/DVD/Radio Unit/TV or any other electronic device
- $25 missing AUX cable
- $50 cleaning due to excessive food mess at our discretion
- $300 (minimum) for rips or tear to upholstery/leather
- $150 for ripping tint off windows
- $100 cleaning fee for any kind of smoking
Smoking Strictly Prohibited
- Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250.00 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
- JIFE Luxury Car Service’s terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information.
- Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250.00 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
Airport & Point-to-Point Trips
Airport/Point-to-Point Trips:
- You will receive automated text messages with confirmation for your appointment.
- Departures/Point-to-Point
- We have a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled pick up time. After the 10th minute of the chauffeur waiting, there will be a per minute waiting fee.
- Airport Arrivals
- We have a 30 minute grace period after your flight lands. After the 30th minute of the chauffeur waiting, there will be a per minute waiting fee.
- Stops Along Route
- Any stops requested will result in a minimum fee of $25. This may increase based on duration and location of stop
- If there is more than one stop, the trip will convert to an hourly reservation with a minimum 3 hour commitment
- For your convenience, we add a customary 20% service fee including gratuity to all reservations. This can be changed upon request.
- We cannot make any timing changes for private or semi private flights within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time.
Wait Time
- JIFE Luxury Car Service updates all flight arrival times in real time. Our information is only as reliable as the information provided by the airlines and airports.
- We have a 30 minute grace period after your flight lands. After the 30th minute of the chauffeur waiting, there will be a per minute waiting fee.
- For all point-to-point reservations, there is a ten (10) minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. Wait time charges will begin once that ten (10) minute grace period has passed or at a time designated by the JIFE Luxury Car Service. Wait time will be billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle that was reserved, plus gratuity and any other additional charges incurred.
Wedding Limo Service/Prom Limo Service/Wait and Return Limo Service
- For prom reservations, full payment is taken at the time of reservation. There are no refunds. A contract must be completed and signed by a parent of one of the minors traveling before a reservation is final.
- For wedding and wait and return (hourly) service reservations, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Deposits will only be refunded if canceled thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Hourly trips are billed the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for and then in ½-hour increments thereafter.
- All JIFE Luxury Car Service policies contained within this document apply for all prom, wedding, and wait-and-return (hourly) services.
- Rates, charges, and terms are subject to change without notice.
- For prom reservations, full payment is taken at the time of reservation. There are no refunds. A contract must be completed and signed by a parent of one of the minors traveling before a reservation is final.
